This page sets out the rules you meet most often, in the order you meet them. It is a summary. Our full terms, our bonus terms and the wording published with each offer are accepted at registration, and they take precedence wherever they differ from anything here.
Who may hold an account
Only adults aged 18 or over, one account to a person, and one offer to a household, a computer or an address. The details on the profile must match the documents used for the account check, and a payout goes only to an account in that same name. We may run verification checks at any time.
Bonuses and wagering
Every bonus carries wagering of 35x the bonus amount. The largest bet allowed while one is running is £5 a round. Buying a feature round with bonus money is not allowed, and bonus funds cannot be used while a casino or sports bet is open. Cash balance is spent before bonus balance. Winnings from bonus funds are capped at £2,000, a bonus falling below £0.10 is closed, and requesting a withdrawal cancels anything unused. Slots count 100% towards wagering, live game shows 20%, blackjack, roulette and baccarat 10%, and several categories nothing at all.
Deposits, withdrawals and ceilings
A deposit starts at £20 and a withdrawal at £25. Payouts run to £4,000 a day, £10,000 a week and £20,000 a month. Profit in any rolling 72 hours is capped at £5,000, £25,000 or £100,000 according to the tier assigned to the account, and anything above that may be voided.
