This summary follows the path of your money from the first deposit to the last payout. The full terms, the bonus terms and each offer's own wording are accepted at registration, and they decide any point where this text differs.
1. Holding an account
Accounts are for adults aged 18 or over, one per person. Registration takes a mobile number, a password, an SMS code and your personal details, which must match the documents you later upload.
2. Paying in
The smallest deposit is £20, and deposits normally appear within about ten minutes. The cashier shows the options available to your account. We charge no transaction fee wherever that is in our power, and cash balance is always spent before bonus balance.
3. Bonus money
Triple Thrill matches the first deposit 100%, the second 150% and the third 200%, up to £500 each. Bonus money is wagered 35 times its own amount. Rounds are limited to £5 while a bonus is active, feature buys with bonus money are not allowed, and a bonus under £0.10 is removed. Slots count 100%, live game shows 20%, blackjack, roulette and baccarat 10%, and dice, bingo, arcade, crash and scratch cards nothing. Titles on the published exclusion list do not count.
4. Taking money out
The smallest withdrawal is £25. We may take up to 48 hours to process a request, and banks may take up to five business days more. Ceilings are £4,000 daily, £10,000 weekly and £20,000 monthly. Profit within any 72 hours is capped at £5,000, £25,000 or £100,000 by account tier, and the excess may be voided. Bonus funds pay out no more than £2,000, and a withdrawal request cancels unused bonus money.
5. Identity
Before a first payout you upload photo ID, a selfie holding it, and a bank statement or utility bill no older than 90 days.
6. Changes
We may revise these terms or end an offer. The version shown when you opt in or play is the one that binds you.
